Thanks to all who voted in our recent Chapter elections! Winning reelection/election were:

BOARD ELECTIONS

Any San Diego Chapter member that have any questions or concerns regarding the 2011 elections please email Tamira; she'll be happy to meet with you or contact them via phone to discuss. 

Elections will be held in February for the SD Chapter positions of:

• President
• Vice President
• Treasurer
• Publicity
• Membership Director & Recording Secretary
• Librarian

Elections will be held via email – but any member who'd like to discuss the elections or to cast a vote in person can do so at the February Aquarius Café meeting.

AQUARIUS CAFE LECTURERS

Applications are being accepted from any member who would like to become an Aquarius Café lecturer – this venue is for up and coming astrologers to practice their presentation skills. Send a brief bio and lecture format to Tamira McGillivray.

MEMBERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP

We would like our membership to send in names of aspiring young local astrologers that our chapter could sponsor for a 1-year NCGR membership for 1 year. Send a brief bio of the potential candidates to Anne Phillips-Pitzer.

Board Changes

At its meeting of August 13, 2010, the following board appointments were approved. These appointments will remain in place until the annual February elections:

• Tamira McGillivray, President
• Dena Switft, Librarian
• Anne Phillips-Pitzer as Membership Director and Recording Secretary
• Tina Kass/Miles as Treasurer

Pam Ciampi has decided to retire from active professional presidential duties on the SD NCGR board, but will be retaining the title of President Emeritus, with voting status. Pam will continue to contribute with ideas and support as well as taking on various projects within the Chapter.

We appreciate and thank Pam for all the work she has done to make the SD Chapter what it is today. We look forward to her continued support and ideas in the coming years!

New Moon Meditations on hiatus

NCGR San Diego will not be sponsoring any New Moon Meditations from June through September, 2010. We will resume in October.

Change in cancellation policy

Effective April 5, 2009, cancellations for preregistration must be made prior to 7 DAYS before the workshop or lecture. There will be NO REFUNDS after the 7 DAY deadline.(added 4/7/09)
